A concept-led proposal of an abandoned neighborhood cooperative centre in Surra, Kuwait. Supported by surveys to analyze user needs, the proposal was built on successful examples of urban planning theories applied in the US as a foundation.
The grid as an accessory
Designed to accommodate the structural limitations of the existing building, the grid is used to frame plazas for visual clarity in the urban context.
